2017 summer intensive
The UBCO Summer Indigenous Intensive is pleased to host world-renowned Māori educators and critical thinkers Linda Tuhiwai Smith and Graham Hingangaroa Smith. As authors and university academics, both Linda and Graham have been forceful influences both on Māori education within Aotearoa/New Zealand and on Indigenous and progressive educational practices globally. Both will give keynote addresses at the University Lecture Theatre (ADM026) beginning at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. These talks are free and open to the public.
